Purpose of data collection and processing:

The data collection and processing is carried out for the company that uses the assessment (hereinafter: client). The assessment enables the client, for example, to control an application process or to support the procedure in personnel development measures. The client can optionally define a correspondingly desired requirement profile for an assessment in order to see to what extent the assessment participant results correspond to this desired profile. The way in which the assessment results are used is determined exclusively by the e³ skillware customer.

The following data of the assessment participant will be processed exclusively within the EU:

First name, surname, e-mail, answers of the assessment, response times for each answer and number of clicks back for answer correction. The data is used to conduct and evaluate the assessment.

Deletion of personal data:

The personal data (first and last name, salutation, e-mail) are stored in a separate data record by the system and remain linked to the participant's answers and the use of the assessment only until the e³ skillware customer deletes the assessment result from the system. After the deletion, the answer and usage data remain stored in anonymous form at e³ skillware. With the anonymization a personal reference is no longer reconstructable for e³ skillware. The anonymized data are further used by e³ skillware for internal statistical purposes, for research and analysis, for the improvement of the test procedures and for the need-based design of the service. Beyond that e³ skillware will not pass on personal or anonymized data to third parties.

For the supervision of the data protection at e³ skillware a data protection officer is appointed, who can be reached under ehochdrei-skillware@ws-datenschutz.de.
